Terms of Service

These terms cover everything Soul Design Atlas offers: the free Atlas Glimpse, the Monthly Letter subscription, and any readings we add later. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them. They are deliberately short; if anything is unclear, ask us at menno@souldesignatlas.com.
Who we are
Soul Design Atlas (souldesignatlas.com) is operated by Inner Kompas, based in the Netherlands. Charges appear on your statement as SOULDESIGNATLAS.COM.
The Monthly Letter
The Monthly Letter is a yearly subscription of €18 per year. It begins with a free trial of two months; you pay nothing today, and your card is first charged when the trial ends. After that, the subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price. We will tell you ahead of time if the price ever changes.
You can cancel at any time via the "Manage your subscription" link at the bottom of every letter. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling after renewal stops the next charge; your letters continue until the end of the period you paid for.
Readings and reports
Paid readings such as Your Atlas and The Relationship Atlas are one-time purchases, delivered digitally. The price is shown at checkout; there is no renewal. Because each reading is created personally from your birth data, it cannot be returned the way a standard product can — once delivered, the legal cooling-off period for personalized digital work does not apply. That said: if your reading contains an error, or it genuinely missed you, write to us and we will correct it or make it right.
Sittings
A Sitting with Menno is a live one-to-one session, online, at a scheduled time. You can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance at no cost. Cancelling more than 48 hours ahead refunds you in full; within 48 hours, or if you do not show up, the session is forfeited — that time was held for you.
Printed work
A Plate from Your Atlas is printed and shipped on demand. Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout. Because each plate is made personally for you, it cannot be returned; but if it arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 14 days and we replace it free of charge.
Refunds — the Monthly Letter
If you are charged and within 14 days decide the Letter is not for you, write to us and we refund the year in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion; we are reasonable people, so just write.
What the readings are, and are not
Everything Soul Design Atlas produces — the Glimpse, the letters, the readings — is meant as personal reflection and insight, drawn from a tradition we work in with care. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no outcome is promised. Decisions you make remain your own.
Your information
You agree to give us accurate details (your birth date in particular; the reading depends on it). How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The letters, readings, texts, and artwork are ours (or licensed to us) and are for your personal use. Share a letter with a friend by all means; republishing or reselling our work is not allowed without permission.
The practical small print
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be noted here with a new date and, for subscribers, by email. If a court finds one clause invalid, the rest stands. Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands; nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
